• I have sent you 24+ letters


• Cards sent for our son.


• Total of these returned.

In each letter that I have sent to you, I have enclosed self-stamped address envelopes for you, so it wouldn’t cost you a thing.

All the information I have on our son comes either from his hospital records or from others in your family.
I have been giving copies of all the letter you have written and email sent.

Copies of Wills and Trusts documents, I didn't ask for.

It is ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that the name of Christine Collins Smith is now changed to Kelly Marie Windsor.

The clerk of this court will comply with the provisions of Va code 8.01-217, and will seal this file and not make it available as a public record, not spread or index any orders entered in this cause and not transmit a certifed copy to the State Registrar of Vital Records or Centeral Criminal Records Exchange, as making the order of this change of name a public record would create a threat to the health and safety of the petitioner.

the only threat to the petitioner would be all the people and business that she owes money too would be able to find her. Hoever since this a valid order, her legal name is Kelly, but yet JDR Court of Chesapeake has allow her to use both of her names. I sure that she is doing the same thing at DSS/ DCSE of Virginia.
