Dear Heather Buyrn Crook,
SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
I can only say that I’m at a lost, the way Chrissy or Kelly; what ever name she is using this month. In our last court hearing back I 3/18/2005, the only thing that was order was “ending visitation.” However going by the said order:
- 4. Relocation. Each Party intending a change of address shall give 30 days advance notice of such change of address to the court and other party, pursuant to Virginia Code § 20-124.5. unless otherwise provide in this order, this notice shall contain the child’s full name, the case number of this case, the party’s new telephone number and new street address and, if different, the party’s new mailing address,. Unless otherwise provide in this order, the notice shall be mailed by first-class or delivered to this court and to the other party.
- 5. Access to Records. In accordance with Virginia Code § 20-124.6, neither parent, regardless of whether such parent has custody, shall be denied access to the academic, medical, hospital or other health records of that parent’s minor child, unless otherwise provided in this order.
I don’t really care about the relocation part of the order since I‘ve been update about the most recently moved, that Chrissy as made from her own family, and by those records are open to the public.
So I will request copies of his school records and health through you since you are her lawyer. If you are no longer her lawyer please since me the name of her new, so I can request the said information through him/her.
I await your reply.
Sincerely,
James Smith
